Ordering from Arena Costumes couldn’t be easier. All we need is a photograph or video link of the costume you require. We will then provide you with a quote and a timescale. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 weeks although this is dependent on the number of costumes in the order and the time of year. Once we receive your order we will email you a completion/delivery date and an invoice.

Before we can design and make your costume we will require your measurements - we will advise you which measurements are required for your particular costume.


We will not start work on your commission until we have received 50% of the total cost of your order. This is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. An invoice with BACS payment details will be emailed to you when you have placed your order.

Once we have received your measurements and deposit we will start work on your costume.

When your costume is ready we will email you photographs and a final invoice for the remaining balance due.

Once the final payment has been paid we will dispatch your order.

If you would like to pay by credit or debit card using PayPal simply let us know and we will send you a PayPal invoice. Your payment will be secure and covered under your credit card insurance. Please note that we will add an additional 3.7% of any payment request via PayPal to cover PayPal charges to us.


Postage within the UK is by courier. It is therefore essential that you give us your full postal address and a contact telephone number. You will also have to be present to sign for the parcel containing your order.
